Getaway Shootout is a 2D chaotic physics-based multiplayer racing and shooting game created by New Eich Games, the same creator behind famous titles like House of Hazards. Forget traditional running or walking normally! All characters move by jumping left or right, aiming to reach the getaway point as quickly as possible.

2 Game modes

One Player: Race against three computer opponents round after round.
Two Players: Compete locally against another player, trying to outlast others across maps.
Time Trial: Race without opponents and try to set the fastest possible time.

Characters

The game includes a wide collection of quirky and humorous characters, each with a distinctive appearance and from multiple categories: standard, special, action, athlete, etc. Still, only standard Steve, standard Sarah, and Stalker are available by default. Try to win rounds and unlock more others.

Master jumps & race towards the getaway

Moving in Getaway Shootout is truly awkward. That's intentional! Press W/E or I/O to launch yourself backwards or forward, and use the opposite direction to adjust your position. Find the rhythm for your control and master timing and momentum to travel fast while dodging opponents’ attacks.

Collect weapons and use them at the right moment

Grab guns and other weapons scattered throughout many courses. Aim for well-timed attacks to knock down rivals backwards and forward and give you a significant advantage. But you need to use them strategically, not random shots. Thus, think of weapons as tools for controlling the race!

Player 1: W/E to jump left/right and R to use a weapon or power-up.
